The movie “RUDY,” a 1993 American biographical sports film directed by David Anspaugh, captures that now-famous tackle and the remarkable story leading up to it, in what USA Today calls “the greatest football movie of all time.” But some don’t know that Rudy’s greatest achievement might be getting the movie made in the first place – a “Rocky” story, but one that actually happened! Dan and Rudy discuss this journey as well as Rudy’s chance encounters with Elvis Presley and Kobe Bryant.
